Pet policy
Pets Allowed: Cats, dogs, and service Animals
Pet Fee (Non-refundable): $300.00 per pet (due at move-in)
Pet Rent: $50/month for 1 pet. $75/month for 2 pets.
Requirements: Residents are allowed a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home, with a 100 lb maximum weight limit. A signed pet addendum and a photo of your pet are required. All pets must be housebroken, and no breeding is allowed.
Restricted Breeds: German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow mixes, American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans (mini pinschers allowed), Rottweilers, wolf-dog hybrids, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, and Canary dogs (50% or more mix).
